At Blackfin Prints, every artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
We take pride in producing and delivering premium artwork inspired by Australia's northern waters and landscapes.
Processing Times
Many Blackfin Prints artworks are produced to order.
Please allow:
- 3–7 business days for unframed prints.
- 7–14 business days for framed artworks.
- Longer processing times for commissioned or custom works, which will be discussed during the ordering process.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

We currently ship throughout Australia.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of your order.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

- Regional Australia: 5–14 business days.

Tracking

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
Packaging
All artworks are packaged with care to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, format, and framing of the artwork.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Blackfin Prints is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Authority to Leave
If a customer authorises a delivery service to leave a parcel unattended, Blackfin Prints is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the damaged artwork.
- Photographs of the packaging and any visible shipping damage.
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
Customs & International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Blackfin Prints is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
