Blackfin Prints is an Australian art business offering original artworks, limited-edition prints, commissions, and related products inspired by Australia's northern waters and landscapes.

Orders
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

- Pricing is incorrect.
- Payment cannot be processed.
- We suspect fraudulent activity.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be provided.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Artwork Representation
We make every effort to accurately display our artworks and products.
However, colours, tones, and textures may appear differently depending on individual screens, devices, lighting conditions, and print materials.
Many Blackfin Prints artworks are handcrafted or produced from original works. Minor variations between artworks, prints, and product photographs are part of the unique nature of the work and do not constitute faults or defects.
Limited Editions
Where an artwork is offered as a limited edition, Blackfin Prints will not intentionally produce more than the stated edition size.
Artist proofs may be retained by the artist unless otherwise specified.
Commissions & Custom Works
Commissioned, personalised, and custom artworks require consultation and approval before production.
Once production has commenced, commission fees, deposits, and payments are generally non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Design approvals provided by the customer are considered final.
Minor variations may occur between approved concepts and the completed artwork due to the handmade nature of the creative process.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Blackfin Prints is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather events.

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery details may be charged to the customer.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photographs, logos, text, graphics, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Blackfin Prints unless otherwise stated.
The purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights.
