Blackfin Minis - Mangrove Jack

Each Blackfin Mini is a small-format Gyotaku reproduction — printed from an original rice paper fish print, made by hand in the Northern Territory. The source print is created using the centuries-old Japanese technique of pressing ink directly onto a real fish. No two originals are identical, and each Mini carries that same character in a compact, accessible format.

A considered piece for small spaces — or the beginning of a collection.

Caught in the mangroves of the NT, the Jack is a fighter. This print holds that energy.
